Healing
Through the Seasons Experiential Workshop
From
Slavery to Freedom
Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 9 am to 6 pm
The Healing Season of
Spring, a Time to push forward.
Experiential work refers to forms of therapy engaging the right
side of the brain as well as the left side.
It involves play and imagination and helps to develop a life that flows,
helping us to live powerfully in the
present moment. Amazing outcomes can result from a single well-executed
session. Psychodrama is a
form of therapy developed by Dr. J.L. Moreno that uses the group, play,
imagination and action methods
to make the complexity of problem solving and living a whole lot more fun
and connective.
Throw
away your old script. Redo it, here, now. Act yourself as you never were, so that you may
begin to
be what you might become. Make it happen. Be your own inspiration, your own play
write, your own actor,
your own therapist, and finally, your own creator.
