step into the world of Tai Chi and Qigong. A new class is forming to learn deeper Chi
Cultivation Practices. Includes Section 2 of the Bow 52 form, Coiling energies
Qigong, deeper joint relaxation and opening, and initial partner drills. Monthly
Fee-Ongoing Bobs Home Studio. Prerequisites:
Thorough Knowledge of Section 1 Bow 52 Forms (Same as section 1 Yang Family Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Health
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese
exercise that has been a daily prescription for health and longevity for hundreds of
years. Tai Chi focuses on balance, posture, relaxation, breathing, visual and mental
concentration. The very graceful and fluid movements promote mind and body harmony.
This class is open to new as well as experienced students. Yang Family Style
Bow 52 form section 1. Wearloose fitting clothes. Ongoing class
every 7 weeks..

Tai
Chi and Qigong are traditional Chinese exercises that have been a daily prescription for
health, rehabilitation and longevity for hundreds of years. This class focuses on balance,
posture, relaxation, breathing, and visual and mental concentration. The movements are
slow in tempo and very low impact on the body and can be done standing or seated. Please
join us for this gentle class sponsored by the cancer center.

Animal Frolic Workshop-The Bear Frolic-The Bear strengthens the kidneys, stomach, spleen and bones. Emphasize the
Bear in winter as it warms the body. It is also an excellent series of movements to
